Daiana is a creative, portrait, glamour and fashion photographer based out of Calgary, Alberta. She is a mother of two, a wife, an animal enthusiast and complete push over to her two english bulldogs. Born in Florida and raised in Italy, she was able to thrive on art and culture everywhere she went. From the start, Daiana has always gravitated to the creative side of life and it has always been her sole interest. When she first picked up a camera at the age of 8, it opened up an entire world for her to explore. The idea that you could capture a moment in time and keep it forever was something that amazed her. At that point in her life it was just a novelty that kept her entertained, however the thrill of capturing images never faded and continued to be a constant throughout her life. For Daiana, imagination is key. Her self described unique and different style she has developed allows her clients to dive into their dreams no matter how wild or tame and be able to recreate how they see themselves. To be able to have that lasting memory in a still frame is what pushes Daiana to continue to grow with every session and every idea. Daiana’s signature style gives a different look and a creative edge in any genre she is producing.
Daiana plays many roles as an artist in her creative field. Along side being a photographer she is a location scouter, creative director, set designer and on the odd occasion a wardrobe designer and hair and makeup artist. She has been a part of industry collaborations, fashion shows, charity events and corporate advertisement’s among so much more. Daiana is always looking to grow and expand her talent and feels one is never truly done learning.
